Questions that make me say why

Why is it that people can’t be happy with themselves?
Why do they put the blame on others?
Why do we judge one another?
These are questions that I’m asking today

Questions that fill my heart with despair
Questions that make me wonder
Questions that make me see the world in a new light
I don’t like these questions

I don’t want to hear if you were that way or this way
I don’t want to hear you have to be playing a game
I don’t want to hear you just are just saying what I want to hear
Just because you can’t be who you are

If a person is happy with themselves
If a person is assured of who they are
If a person loves as deeply as they doubt
Then that person is whole

But people don’t think clearly they let jealously and ignorance rule
Why is that?
